In depth explaination of the GAT changes

I have to admit I feel speechless. The feedback from last nights announcements has been positively overwhelming.

Although last nights update was kind of long, it was somewhat brief about the details. I would like to help you all understand by elaborating somewhat on some of the details and yes that means this one will be longer. Stick some toothpicks in your eyes if you have to!


Using Earnings For AD-renaline: 

I believe this is the most exciting part of my announcements last night. I've had people yelling "Yippee", had people crying out of happiness, and my inbox and the support center for both GAT and AD-renaline have been overflowing with positive feedback all day.

We should have the option available in your GAT back office by tomorrow morning. Be sure to check every now and then by logging in and looking for the huge AD-renaline logo on the home page of your back office.

Just to recap and clarify... Anyone with escrowed or non-escrowed earnings will have until May 1st to use that money toward the upgrade cost or the purchase of Ad Credits in AD-renaline, our sister company that just launched last Friday.

Escrowed means that normally when you cycle in GAT or either of your personal referrals in GAT cycles, those earnings for the first 2 rounds are escrowed for you until there is enough to enroll you into TVI Express. We are removing TVI Express and the replacement program won't be ready for approximately 60-90 days. That's why we are allowing members to use those earnings for one great program that can make you some serious money right now.

Please don't discount the fact that AD-renaline is all about the advertising and it is better than anything else you've tried online. Within 3 days of launching my ads there, I generated 27 new prospects in GAT and 3 new paid members. All 3 were delivered as paid referrals so I made $15 each on them. I haven't had time to use the better quality ad products in AD-renaline yet but I will be soon. You can bet on that. It's really a perfect match for your GAT business. It gives us all a full 360 degree system to work with.

Now, there is one more detail I want to elaborate on. The new program we replace TVI with will become our primary. There will be more. That was the whole idea with GAT. There will be a LOT of you who use your GAT earnings in AD-renaline. I do not want you to miss out on something big because you were not prepared so listen up.

That money was supposed to be escrowed for you. You will likely be spending it. You will eventually need $100. That can come to you in one or more of several ways.

1. Make sure you cycle one more time in GAT.
   
2. Try to get some referrals in GAT so you get $15 sponsoring bonuses.
   
3. While you're building up your AD-renaline income and getting our updates about when the new program will launch, be ready to set aside some of your earnings to cover the cost to join.
   
4. If just before launch you have some of the money in earnings but not all of it or you have not replaced any of it, rest assured you will have an opportunity to make up the difference or pay the whole thing out of pocket. 

You do NOT want your downline going in ahead of you so make a plan and stick to it. Be prepared for your sake.

Some limitations, sort of.

1. You will only have until May 1st when your trial period in AD-renaline expires to use your GAT earnings in AD-renaline. After that, even if you cycle in GAT, we cannot extend that time for you. If you know you're close to cycling I suggest you concentrate on making that happen quickly.
   
2. We are not saying you can cash out. If you want to use the escrowed funds it has to be for AD-renaline. Either your upgrade or for Ad Credits. After May 1st you won't be able to use your GAT escrowed funds anymore but you will still have the option to use un-escrowed funds to easily and quickly purchase ad credits in AD-renaline fee free if you like. 

GAT Overhaul: 

Yes, we are removing TVI Express from TVI-GAT and will be modifying all web pages, marketing materials, banners, graphics, follow up series, to remove all references to TVI or TVI Express.

Please understand that GAT itself is still the same. It is this Global Assist Team concept, its goals, benefits, one time low cost, and may more attributes that makes it appeal to so many people. We don't want to change any of that part. We want to emphasize all of those things even more from now on.

We've had lots of good marketers and leaders tell us it's become very difficult to market TVI-GAT and the overall consensus they are getting is "I love the GAT part but don't want to have anything to do with TVI Express." I will not let one company destroy what we have here.

Most of you know what GAT is and why I created it. If you have been in this industry long enough you come to realize that moving from company to company, building your downline and then rebuilding it over and over again becomes part of the game. It's expected and also why so many people quit.

Most of the newbies out there, with 1000's coming online every day, simply cannot join a business and make it work within 6 months to a year. No experience, no list, no place to train, and maybe no sponsor support. Lots of things missing.

GAT's goals revolve around all of that but let's keep that real simple. Give everyone one last place where they can build their downline and then re-use that downline (copy them) over and over again with no additional effort required. Give everyone a way to get prequalified with 2 personal referrals. Work together as one huge team to help everyone else on the team to accomplish our goals and positively impact as many lives as we can.

There are a lot of parts about GAT that I haven't mentioned in this email but please allow me to generalize for you existing members. Everything else will still be there. The option to purchase referrals for $20 each, the 1000 fresh leads for new accounts, the custom splash pages, the sponsoring bonuses and NPA replacement bonuses, the NPA system, etc. That's all what makes up GAT so that won't go away.

This is a big job so please bear with us and don't expect everything to look different overnight. We will be attacking one thing at a time and you will notice changes as they happen over the next few weeks. We will prioritize things by modifying the parts that help you get more marketing results.

All I can tell you about the program we are replacing TVI with is that the price point will be $100 and it will be based on a 2-wide structure. At this point please don't open a lot of tickets asking for details about this. It's too early. We will be releasing plenty of updates along the way to keep you informed and make sure you are ready.

The Call Center I told you about 2 weeks ago is running a little behind but for a good reason and I will be sending out another update in a day or two just about that. Point is, it is about to finally kick off with enough employees that we should see 100+ paid referrals being delivered every day in the beginning. It will gradually pick up from there.


Always remember to have fun with this. If it's not enjoyable something is wrong. I urge you to use GAT to build new and strong friendships. It has done that for me and I consider that a blessing.

We don't think it's especially new news to most of you that the boisterous "Hoorah" has faded to a very quiet whisper when the topic of TVI-Express comes up in conversation these days. There is a TON of negative attention surrounding TVI Express in the global online business arena and has been for some time now. There is a lot of speculation as to whether they are in trouble, under investigation, kicked back eating BonBons on some island in the south Pacific or god knows what else. We have absolutely no hard evidence that any of this is true, but we do know 3 very important things:

1. In this industry, perception is reality ...
2. We (nor any of you) are very happy with the overall level of success that TVI-Express has produced for our TVI-GAT team.

We'd like all of you who have worked so hard with GAT to be able to put earned funds in GAT to some sort of profitable use as soon as possible. 3. If you have already been enrolled in TVI-Express, we're going to take care of you when we launch the new company so that $280 is not lost forever and you are not starting over.
4. The GAT site will be re-branded in the next couple of weeks to remove all mention of TVI Express and refocused on GAT (Global Assist Team)
5. The GAT site will remain functional at all times and you can continue to build your team as you are now.

We have already started development on the GAT back office panel that will allow you to use your GAT earnings for AD-renline upgrade and AD credit purchase. We expect this to be available to you in a day or two at most ... we'll send another update to let you know when it's ready. If you have not heard, we've extended the trials deadline at AD-renaline to May 1, 2010 to allow ample time for you to use your GAT funds. You will only be able to use your "escrowed" funds for GAT upgrade/credit purchase until May 1, 2010, after which only "non-escrowed" funds will be allowed to be used, so be sure to do this BEFORE May 1, 2010 if you choose to.

If you choose to use your funds for GAT now, you'll have at least a couple months while we overhaul GAT to generate a single further cycle in GAT creating the $100 you'll need in earnings to enter the new TVI Express replacement company when we launch it. As GAT is all about maintaining a long term team structure, we will allow you to make that up out of pocket if you spend your GAT earnings now on AD-renaline and are not able to cycle once more before the new GAT launch.

TVI-GAT Call Center Announcement

I know this update is long but it is very important to me
and to you that you read it all so please do.

CALL CENTER ANNOUNCEMENT:

I and some of my staff have been working on a huge project
that I now feel is close enough to kicking off that I can
tell you about it.

For the past 7 or 8 weeks I've been working on putting a
Call Center together with the sole purpose of delivering all
the paid referrals to all members who purchase them, not just
now but forever into the future. There are lots of things I
could have done that would have delivered a dozen referrals
here or a dozen there but what we need is a long term solution
so we can support all those people coming in and them also
purchasing referrals. This Call Center will do that.

I currently have 7 people hired on to man the Call Center to
start with and a list of about 6 more people ready to work it
after our initial testing phase, which will kick off very
soon.

The Call Center will consist of 2 parts. I have arranged an
agreement with Real-Time leads providers for a corporate
account with discounted real time leads. Call Center people
will call these leads daily on a commission only basis. When
they get someone to join TVI-GAT they get a commission. The
more people they call the more sales they get. Each Call
Center employee will have a minimum goal of 40 leads per day
with a 25% conversion rate, or 10 sales a day.

The second part uses a toll free number with professionally
recorded audio that explains GAT. Just like the audio overview
recording that's on our splash pages and affiliate pages now.
The audio does get a very high conversion rate. Prospects are
then forwarded to the call center employees if it's during
business hours. If after business hours they can leave a voice
mail and one of our call center people calls them back. This
will generate lots of our own pre-screeened real time voice
mail leads.

I will be mass advertising the toll free number as soon as it
is ready. That may take some time for the advertising to get
out there and start generating leads, which is why I wanted to
have some good real time leads sources already available.

With only 7 people working the Call Center at first we expect
to start off with 60-200 paid referral deliveries every day.
Then I will add more employees with a goal of eventually
having 100 people getting at least 10 signups a day.

As you can see, this is a well thought out system that can
and will provide paid referrals for years to come. Right now
I'm going to estimate we are within a week or two of launching
the Call Center.


A PERSONAL NOTE:

For those of you who know me, you probably never had any doubt
in your mind that I would never stop until I've delivered what
I promised with TVI-GAT. Those of you who don't know me have
had your doubts and some of you have been very upset or even
angry. I'm telling you I honestly cannot blame you for being a
little frustrated but I have always known this was coming. It's
just taken a lot longer than I wanted it to take.

When I started TVI-GAT I made my goals very clear. It has never
been just about TVI but more about the GAT part. Having a huge
team of like-minded people who work together and help each other
to achieve our goals. I wanted this to be the last team build
you ever need.

TVI Express was the initial program we would enter together but
not the only one. As we build our downline, 2 by 2, and help
everyone we can get prequalified with their 2 referrals, we are
putting ourselves in a position where we can easily create
instant multiple income streams without having to repeat that
whole process over and over again.

GAT has not been able to put near enough people into TVI Express
as I had hoped for but that is about to change with the launch
of the Call Center. But there is something else that you really
need to understand.

The upcoming launch of AD-renaline Marketing is something I did
for you. I designed the compensation plan so that anyone can
make some very good money with it, regardless of whether you
have your 2 referrals in GAT yet or not. I also designed it so
we don't need to create a new feeder for it so there is no delay
in earning that money for you. Then I planned the prelaunch
builder to run for almost 30 days and put all the GAT members in
at the top of that matrix and of course since it's free to join
the prelaunch builder I wanted to put you in a position where
you could possibly get some referrals signed up with no cost to
them and allow us to be the ones to convince them why they
should upgrade on launch day. Again, to help you maximize your
income potential.

I'm telling you all this now because for one thing I want you
to know I'm not like most program owners or heavy hitters you
might have had dealings with. I don't do this stuff just to fill
my own pockets at the expense of other people. I know there is
a better way. I know the more people I can help to achieve your
financial goals, the more successful and rewarding it is for me.

I may not have been able to help enough people make money in
TVI Express (yet) but I won't give up on that goal and, in the
meantime, I have created something that will get some money in
your pocket a lot sooner.

I just don't want anyone thinking you're not going to get into
AD-renaline because you're frustrated about GAT or holding a
grudge against me. That would be a huge mistake that will only
hurt one person and that's you.

You are already in the prelaunch builder with excellent
positioning. We have 10 more days until we launch. Login to your
PLB back office (same login info as your GAT account) and read
the updates we've sent out so far. Another one is coming today
or tomorrow. Then plan on getting on one or more of the webinars
and if you have a downline get them on a webinar with you. If
you don't do this you are shooting yourself in the foot. Nobody
can afford to take this for granted. This is the biggest thing
I have done in my career and everyone will be talking about it.
I want you to be able to tell people you were in it first and
you are actually one of our success stories.

For your benefit I am including the next two webinar date/time
and registration links below. I cannot stress this enough. This
will be life-changing income in the first 2 weeks for 1000's of
people. I really want you to be one of those people. The best

TVI-GAT: More Enhancements and Additions

I know it's been a little while since I sent out an update. It's NOT because we haven't been busy here. We have been trying to streamline the mass update (email) process as it was taking 3 to 6 hours to send out one update.

Some of you may have noticed some enhancements and additions to the TVI-GAT system already. The rest of you who haven't, you'll want to check them out.

1) Email Ads Added: I removed the prelaunch incentive email ad and added 5 other email ads to your members area. These are great for contact solo ads, which are normally inexpensive but very effective since you are targeting existing networkers.

Make sure you look for any brackets with text in All Caps and replace that string with the necessary information. Like your splash page link, signature, etc.

2) Custom Splash Pages Added: You now have a total of 3 splash pages you can use. The standard Livingdreams.biz splash page and two targeted splash pages. One is targeted at Surfers. The other
is targeted at people clicking on links or ads to earn (Paid to Click or Paid to Read sites).

Before you had your splash page link at the top of your members area summary page, just under your main affiliate link. You will now notice that link has changed to "CLICK HERE TO VIEW YOUR MARKETING SYSTEMS."

When you click on that link it takes you to a page that shows you every splash/capture page available to you. You can use one or more simultaneously, so you could run several ad campaigns at once and don't have to select just one capture page to use. It's all dynamic. Your specific link is there and a thumbnail image to show you what the page looks like.

The surfing capture page is designed to be used in Manual or Auto Surf programs. It gets the point out big and bold and up front and when those people see it they know it's targeting them.


Same goes for the Paid to Click/Read capture page. There are lots of sources out there where you can purchase PTC visitors. Some can be highly targeted. All are rather inexpensive. Those people are only earning a fraction of a penny for every link they click on or ad they read and visit the website. Our targeted capture pages gets their attention and tells them there is a better way.

Take advantage of these new capture pages. I have already been using the PTC page and I'm getting 50-100 prospects a day signing in.

All 3 splash pages are tied to a 6 message follow up campaign on your behalf. I'm about to add a couple of messages to that follow up series, too.

3) NPA System Enhanced: This is a big one! Over the past 6 weeks about 95% of the referrals I have delivered (the company) have gone to replace NPA accounts. Our original algorithm was set up
to make NPA's a priority over paid referral deliveries. I feel my responsibility should lie with paid referrals as a priority instead. NPA accounts are people who are either very lazy or did not read the very few rules we have before they joined TVI-GAT. People who paid for referrals are using the system like it was designed to work and therefore should be rewarded sooner. Our original thinking was that NPA's should be replaced first because it's a dead spot that we could end up replacing with someone who is active and then could help us deliver referrals to the people below them.

Having said that, I think the membership as a whole will under- stand and appreciate these changes.

First, any referrals generated by the company (ID 1 at the top) will no longer be used for NPA replacements. UNLESS that NPA account was originally sponsored by the company. If it was, then it is the company's responsibility to replace that person. All other referrals generated by the company will be used to deliver paid referrals from today forward.

This basically puts the responsibility for NPA replacements back on the original recruiter, TVI sponsor, or anyone between the company and that NPA account. Let me (the company) do what I really need to do, deliver paid referrals.

The second change should more than make up for the shift in responsibility. Any member who gets a referral and that referral is delivered as an NPA replacement will now receive a $15 NPA Sponsorship Bonus directly to your account balance. You can now earn from NPA replacements!

We are working on some other things right now that you will see in the coming days.

- The follow up series will be expanded. Eventually to 20 messages spanning a 60 day period.

- A calendar will be added to the members area soon and we will start doing weekly webinars on TVI-GAT that you can invite your prospects to. The first webinar will be in a week or less and they will always show up in the calendar so you know about them ahead of time.

- An Ad Tracking system will be added soon. This will allow you to test different or new advertising sources and monitor specifically what kind of traffic one source is providing. It will be as simple as adding a few characters to the end of any of your links.

Please try to remember something and I have not mentioned this in a while... TVI Express is the primary and initial goal for our team to get into and make some money with. It is NOT the only purpose for TVI-GAT. And yes, TVI is still paying so ignore all the bogus so-called reviews, blog posts, and emails that say anything contrary to that point.

My original goal for TVI-GAT has not changed. I want to instill a team effort environment with everyone who joins TVI-GAT or even considers joining. I want to build this team to 100,000+ members, each pre-qualified with their 2 direct referrals. Try to imagine the power we will have with 100,000+ in our group. We can simply copy our existing downline, 2 by 2, into any good program with a 2-wide structure, and instantly create a new and powerful income stream for each of us. All with no effort since we already have our two.

When you are following up with people make sure you tell them about this part of our team goal. We need them to know and understand that their $37, or $77 if they buy their referrals, will go a long way for them.
