Things are getting very exciting. We are growing like crazy and we are getting closer and closer to the automated system. We want to thank you all for the patience and understanding that you have shown. Believe me, nobody wants the automation any more then Clay, and I want it. He has worked unbelievable hours and gone with very little sleep for over a month now, and we are now nearing the straight stretch. So we are as excited as you all are. Soon, it will pay off BIG TIME and it will be well worth the wait. Very Soon you will be so blown away by what is happening, that you won't even remember your frustration of waiting on activation or on referrals.

If you knew all of the exciting things happening behind the scenes, you wouldn't be able to sleep at night. And there certainly wouldn't be any fussing about having to wait. Please understand we are still in a prelaunch, yes we may be moving along slower then you would like, but soon that will all change. We have many huge, I mean really huge teams, waiting for the automation to begin, so they can start advertising to their lists. And also, many really heavy hitters just waiting for the automation, to begin their advertising.

Please understand, that if you get in, and pay your $37.00. even if you didn't cycle, or even get activated, as far as that goes, until the automation was in place, you would still have a huge advantage because you would be saving your place in the matrix. The stampede that is getting ready to take place will cause us to begin cycling and push us right up the TVI boards. We have already begun taking our people onto the TVI boards.

Some new information that I need to pass along.

If you are buying more then one position, you don't sign up all 3 under your upline. You would structure it like this.

Vicky 2 and Vicky 3 becomes the referrals for Vicky1

This would not only triple your income in the 2x2, but it would also give you 3 positions in TVI, and triple your pay outs there as well. You would be making $30,000 each cycle, as opposed to $10,000 each cycle.

If you have already signed up using a different structure , sorry, we can't move anybody, no exception, we literally can't. Even the programmer can't, without messing up the entire matrix. You will still own 3 positions, but it just requires you to have to sponsor 2 more people, as opposed to doing it this way.

Some are having family sign up, and then writing, me and saying, can you put them under me. Please understand, the only way to get someone under you, is to give them your link, with your real ID # , not your temporary ID at the end of it, and have them sign up on it.

Everybody will have to have their own AlertPay account in order to get their commissions. Even if you did sign up people that didn't have theirs ready yet, if they don't go in and update their information, and put their AlertPay information in there, they won't be able to get paid their commissions.

I tell everybody I can, to get a free g-mail account if you don't want to worry about getting your activation e-mail, as well as the updates. All Welcome and Activation e-mails are sent out automatically by the system. The welcome e-mail is sent out instantly. It isn't our fault if your ISP blocks it, or you have your security set up on your spam box that won't allow it to come in. So please don't write us nasty e-mails, being angry at us, because you didn't get your activation e-mail. I've seen tons of them not come through, because they didn't spell the e-mail correctly. If you didn't get your welcome letter, when you first sign up, then most likely you won't get your activation e-mail. In some cases your ISP will allow the welcome letter to come in, but block the activation letter.That is why I say, it is best to have your people use a G-mail account. Plese pass this word along and this update on to your team.

Now, If it has been more then 5 days since you signed up, and you still don't' have an activation e-mail with your ID, follow these instructions in order please.

1.) Everybody, please check your spam folder, if you have Yahoo or many others, that is most likely where your activation is.

2.) Go to your AlertPay account and make sure that the $37 has been deducted. If it didn't come out instantly, you did something wrong, and you will need to sign up again. Usually this happens from people using the same e-mail address that they used for an earlier position. Each position must have it's own e-mail address.

3.) Only after doing 1, and 2 above, then contact me at 2x2referrals@gmail.com and put in the subject line Checking On Activation.

* I will need your AP receipt
* The exact name you used to sign up with.
* The e-mail address you used to sign up with.
* If you have your temporary Id that can help also.

I'll look to see if you have been activated yet, and if so, I'll give you your ID #. If not, I can't tell you when it will be. Clay is working closely with the programmer right now and there may be a delay during this transition. The programmer has told Clay the last 5 to 7 days, he may need him on the phone as much as 10 hrs a day, so that of course, will slow down activations considerably.

Clay was getting activations done in 2 to 3 days clear up until Monday of this week, now it has slowed down, due to him spending many hours working with the programmer on the final stages of the automation. But don't panic, you are still saving your place in the matrix ahead of the stamped that's about to hit. You need to get anybody you care about in this thing, before it really explodes, so they will benefit from that growth.

Ad Sources for promoting your TVI-Global-Assist-Team

I will share with you ad sources and tools I and my sponsor use to recruit 5-10 referrals a week. You can even recruit more than that if you use those sources correctly.

Actually I have done that. I recruited tens of referrals in 48 hours using those same sources I am going share with you!

My #1 Traffic Source is not search engine or PPC or article. Although you can get good traffic from the above sources, The problem is you have to wait long time, put a lot of efforts to get the traffic you want.

My #1 Traffic Source is SOLO ADS.

What are solo ads? A solo ad is an advertising email you send to a publisher of an ezine of newsletter. Those publishers agreed upon a fee to run your ad. This is the by far most responsive form of advertising.

You can search in Google for ezines you can send your ads to. Prices range from 2-400 dollars.

If you are on a budget (who isn't), I have compiled sources you can join for free and send solo ads. I will even give you codes you can punch in to get 1, 2 even 5 free solo ads. Below you find 10 of the sources I use most.

Solo ad websites often are part of larger network. On many of the sites you can also purchase super-solos, that are being send to all the members of the entire network. This can add up to 40,000 reading your message. These solos are not that expensive. Prices range from 7-20 dollars.

Few tips:

• You MUST use a seperate Gmail account for your ad exchange accounts. At the e-mail account you use, you will receive quite a few solo ads from other members. If you signup for a lot of ad exchanges, you will receive a lot of e-mails. Also, you must use Gmail, because most other providers block many e-mails as spam.
• The owner may have changed the code for free ads. You need to read the webpage and see if the owner provides a new code
• After you have verified your email, you will see a one time offer. If you don’t have money to spend, click No Thanks. They always have promotions going on. You won’t miss too much. Before I buy any solo ad, I look first how responsive the site is. My criterion is the number of clicks my solo ad has received.
• After you have verified your email, go to advertising section and punch in the code.
• If accepted, you will get your free advertising immediately. Scroll down to the advertising section (it's called ''Advertising" or "Setup Advertising" in the left hand menu) and place your ad. You can advertise anything you want.
• If the site is responsive, do not be affraid to purchase some solo-ads, or super solo-ads.
  You can get a very good paid ad for $15-30 that will generate at least one paying referral. Most of the solo ads that cost $30 would probably generate more like 4-6 paying referrals. If you advertise livingdreams.biz, you will get paid $15 for each referral that you bring in. $15 times 4 or 6 would be $60-90. That puts your advertising dollars and some profit back in your pocket every time!

TVI-GAT: Time for Another Update 10-23

Since we have had hundreds of people join us since the last update, it's time for another one. I don't send these updates out often enough and some is repeated for a very good reason. READ it all anyway. It may look long but it only takes a few minutes to read.

Manual System: In case your sponsor did not tell you, our system is currently all a manual process. We have not launched yet and never got a chance to even announce a prelaunch date before the word started getting out and we had 100's of people a day signing up within the first week.

As soon as I saw what was happening I hired a very good programmer to create a totally automated system with lots of bells and whistles.

That automation should be in place by the first week in November.

Until then we are stuck with what we have. The manual process involves checking to make sure people land under their sponsor but nobody gets more than 2 referrals, delivering paid referrals to the right ID, and monitoring placement to help prevent people from cycling ahead of their sponsor.

Activations: I currently have a little over 500 pending payments in the queue. That number is increasing every day. I can do 100-160 activations a day but we have more than that signing up every day.

That means I will never get caught up before the new software is in place. BUT, that does not mean people should stop signing up. You and they are locking in good positioning and linked to your sponsor.

Any backlog there is when the new software is ready will all be activated and placed at one time. That day is getting nearer and nobody wants that more than I do.

The waiting time to be activated is 3 to 5 days. Please DO NOT send emails to me or the helpdesk asking why you have not been activated.

Your sponsor should have told you about this and we are relying on you to tell everyone you bring in as well.

I'm working 18-19 hours a day 7 days a week on this. I'm not getting a lot of sleep or time to even eat regularly. I'm doing this for YOU.

Please understand that. If I wanted to I could just let them all pile up and wait for the new software to be ready but I want to keep doing as much as I can every day.

Buying Referrals: If you want to buy referrals you need to wait until you are activated. Then login to your members area and click on Referral Purchasing on the left to get instructions. Again, please do not send us a bunch of emails asking about buying referrals. The process is in place. You just need to be patient and do things in the right order.

Nobody can buy more than 2 referrals per person. That's not per position. You can sign up friends or family but not just to fill holes with names so you can buy more referrals. Each person should have their own AlertPay account and each one needs to pay for their own referrals. Nobody should be sending more than $40 out of one account without clearing that with us first. We know some people will want to collect funds from people and pay for their referrals while they wait on those people to open and verify an AlertPay account but this is not the norm.

If you buy more than 2 referrals we cannot take on another task of doing daily refunds. You will get your refund by going to the people under you (like the first 2 referrals delivered) and asking them if they are planning on buying referrals. If they are you have them send you the $20 and you contact Vicky and change the delivery ID for that referral. The automated system will just credit you $18.50 in this type of situation, which means you're losing the payment processing fees.

Referral Delivery: There is NO set time frame for delivery of your referrals. just know that they will be delivered. You need to know where those referrals come from. It's always from YOUR upline and their advertising or their lists. That's why we need as many people advertising this as possible and there is plenty of incentive to do so. Any referrals you get will definitely go into your downline.

That will be what pushes you through TVI Express for that $10k. You also get a $15 sponsoring bonus for each referral delivered to your downline under someone who paid for referrals. I always place them under someone who bought referrals first. If there are no people like that then they are delivered to the first open hole. So make sure your downline knows if they want to cycle sooner and they can not get their own 2 they need to buy 2 as soon as possible.

That $15 really adds up quick. That can be more than enough to cover very good quality advertising and still put some decent money in your pocket.

Advertise the splash page site (livingdreams.biz) and instruct people in your ads to put your name in the Referred By box. If you have a long last name like I do, tell them what I do. Enter it as Clay M., your first name and last initial. They are more likely to enter your name if they don't have to type in very much.

I'm still getting way too many emails and half of them or more are completely unnecessary. Asking me questions that you shoudl be going to the helpdesk for or not asking at all because they are answered in our updates or your sponsor knows that answer. That will get your email deleted without a response and then you're going to be mad, thinking we are ignoring you. That's the last thing I want to do is make you angry. But you have got to understand there is no more time left in my day and there are literally hundreds of new people every day depending on me to get to their activations.

To top this off, with the delays and all, I have to tell you this will get worse before it gets better. The last week before we put the new software online will involve a lot of tweaking and testing.

My programmer says that can mean up to 10 hours a day on the phone with him. That means a lot less time I will have that last week to activate people. I'm just trying to be honest so you all know what to expect.

When the new system is in place we will all forget about how slow this was! It will be able to handle 3000+ people a day easily. We will have multiple splash pages we can use, very high quality video's in place, a full features back office area with sales and tracking, contact manager, full matrix view that you can move around in, transaction reporting, and a lot more. Placements of referrals will be completely automated with a set of rules in place that will do on the fly what I've been doing manually all this time.

Tomorrow afternoon I will be recording a closed session interview with questions and answers that are derived from the past 2 weeks of the most common questions or issues submitted to me, the helpdesk, Vicky, and other support personnel. I will include a link to that audio recording in the registration emails that go out and also send out an update for all of you to get that link. You will want to listen to that recording at your earliest convenience. It will answer 95% of your questions.

This system is going to help 1000's of people during the next several months. Don't forget that. The slowness and waiting now will all seem worth it in a few weeks.

Please get this information out to all your new people. It's hard to keep people updated by myself when we have 300 new people every day coming in.

P.S. Do NOT pay attention to false rumors going around about TVI Express. Pay closer attention to the sources of those rumors. There is another program out there called Juugo that is similar to TVI and people promoting it are playing dirty pool. They know TVI is a better opportunity and that creates too much competition for them so they are trying to make people think TVI is a scam. That makes those people bad and dishonest in my book. I would never want to work with anyone who uses tactics like that.

A few other new updates.

1. When you cycle you will see a new matrix in your back office, with your name and a new Id # in it. That is your free reentry.
2. Do not try to purchase referrals for that matrix. It will fill up automatically.
3. Please try to help the new people to understand that this manual process is only going to be for a couple more weeks, and that we are working as fast as we can. It will soon be automated and things will fly then.
4. E-mails being sent to Clay haven't slowed down, in fact they have picked up. He can't handle 600 + e-mails per day and still have time to do activations, and deliver referrals. All the e-mails have really slowed things down !!

Here are some of the issues Clay is dealing with that is slowing down the entire process.

People are signing up with no sponsor ID.
Members are paying 4 or 5 days after they signed up, and then they are not in the system anymore.

Please don't send emails asking questions about...
When you will be activated, or how to buy referrals.

From now on these questions will be deleted.

Instructions on how to buy referrals is in the members area. You will be able to log into the members area when you get activated.

You can't order referrals until you are activated anyway.

We are 3 to 5 days behind on activations. Clay says I know that sucks, but there's nothing more I can do until the software is in place.

Just so you will know. I have quit a few people that have tried to get around the rule of each person, not each position, being allowed to only buy 2 referrals. They are ordering and paying for 2 more referrals in their wives names, but using their own Id. It's not a situation where their wife actually has her own position, and her own Id #, that is fine. They are just putting her name on the order. In other words they have 3 positions, and have their own name on all 3 positions. They know they are only allowed to buy 2 referrals, but are trying to buy more, using their Id but their wife's name.

This won't work, if fact it will delay you getting your referrals. We will be contacting you eventually. But since we don't have the time to deal with those right now, they have been put on the back burner until we get caught up. So if you have done this, it would be to your benefit to send us another name and Id of someone in your downline to place your extra referrals under.

Have them pay you back for those referrals.


I really need to stress that these things MUST be included in your request for referrals. I'm constantly getting the following:

• ID's with no name.
• Name with no ID's.
• Copying Receipts with out telling me if they are AlertPay or PayPal
• People buying more then 2 referrals.
• Paying for referrals without telling me the Name and Id of who you are paying for. I get receipts that says things like "Here it is".but no name or Id on the receipt. I can't tell who to credit it to.

Please send me the proper information. I simply don't have time to e-mail everybody asking them for the correct information.

I also want to thank Ian and Mae for offering to help out with the e-mails and the spread sheet. They have been a real godsend. Thanks to others that have offered to help as well.

Update from Clay - Oct 15

Need to get another update out to everyone. You may end up getting 2 updates today as Vicky said she needs to resend her last update out soon too. This is very important so please read it all and tell everyone you can.

1. The emails slowed down for a few days but now they are coming in faster than before. I'm getting 500-600 emails a day. So many today that I have not had time to even start on any activations yet. I really don't like having to stay up till 6am every night!
   
   Please, if you have questions about how the system works, how many positions you should get, anything related to our team, our 2x2 matrix, or TVI, ask your sponsor first and second use our helpdesk. If you are paid but pending you cannot login but you can click on Contact Us to get to the helpdesk.
   
   At least 150 emails a day are from people asking the same old things. Completely unnecessary emails and I delete a lot of them. I paid 16 hours ago but haven't been activated yet or why haven't I received my member ID yet? How do I buy my referrals? I just signed up so-and-so. I paid for my referrals 3 days ago. Where are they?
   
   People, you have got to understand that this is a manual process right now and it is very slow and will continue to be slow until the new software is ready, tested, and in place. I want that more than any of you. Believe me!
   
   If I were not getting so many emails I could spend 5+ hours more every day activating people. When you email me with things like that you are the reason for the delays.
   
   People joining tomorrow won't see this update so I need you to tell them before or after they join so they won't slow me down too.
   
   
2. I am now running about 48 hours behind on activations.
   
   This is NOT a negative thing! Nobody knew we would have 300 paying members coming in every day within a week of getting this system online without a prelaunch or launch date set. The automated software cost me thousands of dollars and you will be amazed when you see it. That's the light at the end of the tunnel and every day that light gets brighter.
   
   Know this, and tell everyone. It's important that everyone get in and paid up and linked to their sponsor. Even when you know you may not be activated for 2 or 3 days. You will lock in incredible positioning because when this thing is automated we have several people who are currently sitting back waiting for that day because they know they can easily bring in more people than the manual system can handle and they need it to be automated. That's the storm coming. You need to get inside before the storm hits.
   
   My programmer told me two things the other day. One, he agreed that the way I'm doing things there just isn't any way anyone but me can do the activations and he said he felt for me and had been there himself but I just needed to keep doing what I'm doing every day until the software was ready. And two, even if we had a backlog of 5000 people by the time the automated system is ready, at least those people will have locked in their positioning. And he will have a script ready that will pull every paid member out of the cue and feed them back into the automated placement system, placing and activating them all in 30 to 40 minutes tops! All in chronological order. So nobody is losing anything right now. You gain everything but locking in your position now.
   
   
3. Referral Delivery. There is no set time frame for the delivery of referrals. The slow activation process causes delays with that part. Just know that you will get yours.
   
   I also want to touch on something else related to this. Ask yourself where these referrals come from? Well, it's your upline producing them. I intentionally built in plenty of incentive for people to get referrals. We will always be relying on some people in our upline advertising online or to their lists. But once you are in, you should do your part. Remember this is supposed to be a huge team effort.
   Everyone helping everyone. We want you to be a bigger part of our team and get even more out of that.
   
   It is so easy to get people into this! I'm seeing people I know have never sponsored anyone in their life who are now somehow able to get 4, 8, and even 20+ people to join under them. How is that possible? These people don't recruit!
   
   It's two things. The economy right now is horrible. People everywhere are looking at everything they can to generate some extra money. People right next to you every day. We are talking about a one time $37 for a very realistic shot at $10,000 a month or more often than that. When these people see your ID and it's like 1653 they might think they are too late. Not even close! In 2 or 3 months we'll be handing out ID's like 50,410. Those people will see that ID of 1653 and say "that guy got in really early."
   
   Do what you can to help insure your downline gets their 2 as fast as possible. Send people to our splash page site and have them put YOUR name in the Referred By box. The splash page site is livingdreams.biz. They will go in YOUR downline and if it's under someone who paid for referrals you will earn a $15 sponsoring bonus. We have some people who already have 10 or 20 of those bonuses. That's more than enough to cover some good quality advertising and give you some extra pocket money.
   
   
4. Last thing for today. It's my birthday today. No, please don't send me a bunch of Happy Birthday emails! I've been working all day as usual. In an hour I'm going to go eat a late dinner with my wife at Red Robin. They sent me a birthday coupon for a gourmet burger and I have to use it on my birthday. Plus Red Robin has Guiness on tap! My favorite.
   
   Tomorrow I will take maybe half a day off the second half of the day. My wife planned a birthday dinner with family tomorrow because too many of them had plans tonight. And honestly, I do need a break. I have been going like this for 3 and a half weeks with no real breaks. I'm only talking about a few hours. I'm not leaving you!
   
   Things will get more backed up as usual but I'm hoping you will do what I ask and help me get the emails down to a lot less than what they have been lately. And we will get everyone in this in the right order. Please be patient and you will see by next month this was all worth the wait.
